We value transparency and want to clarify our policy regarding donation refunds.

1. Donations Are Voluntary

All donations made to Uniheal Heart Care Foundation are voluntary contributions to support our charitable programs. Donations are used in accordance with our objectives as a registered Section 8 non-profit company.

2. General Refund Policy

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable. Once the payment is accepted and processed, we do not issue refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The donation was made by error (for example, the amount was entered incorrectly or duplicated).

  • The donation was made using fraudulent information or an unauthorized transaction.

  • A technical error resulted in an incorrect charge.

Note: Refund requests for reasons not listed above will not be entertained.

4. Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request within 7 days of the donation date.

  • Provide:

    • Your full name

    • Date and amount of donation

    • Transaction ID/payment receipt

    • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 10 working days.

5. Refund Processing

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take 7–14 business days.

  • Any transaction fees deducted by payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) may be deducted from the refunded amount as per their policies.

6. Tax Receipts

If you received an 80G donation receipt and a refund is processed, the corresponding tax exemption will be invalid. You agree not to claim any tax benefits for refunded donations.

7. No Cash Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the same account or card used to make the payment. We do not issue cash refunds.

8. Changes to This Policy

Uniheal Heart Care Foundation reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
